Preheat and grease your waffle iron. When it is ready to go, add a few spoonfuls of the mash potato mixes and cook until crispy, roughly 5-7mins. The sweet potato version does take a little longer to cook and tends to stick a little to the waffle iron, but just use a spatula to loosen it.

To serve place 1 of each waffle onto a plate, top with warmed mash, bangers, cooked peas and gravy.
