Miso, Pineapple & Grapefruit Granola
Serves 4
What You Need
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup WW sunrise grapefruit, lightly roasted & juiced or fresh (up to you)
- 2 tsp miso paste
- 2 cups rolled oats
- ½ cup macadamia nuts
- ½ cup peanuts
- ½ cup desiccated coconut
- 1 cup dried pineapple chopped
- ¼ cup poppy seeds
- ¼ cup sesame seeds
What To Do
Preheat the oven to 170’c. Mix the first 4 ingredients until combined. Then combine this mixture together with the remaining ingredients. Spread the mixture onto a baking tray and bake for 15-20mins, stirring every 5 minutes. Serve with extra roasted grapefruit halves, yoghurt and honey.
