Christmas leftovers Fry-Up
What You Need
- ½ red onion, sliced
- ½ pineapple, sliced
- Cooked gammon leftovers
- Boiled baby potatoes
- Left over gravy or glaze
What To Do
Fry the onion until soft, then add the potatoes and cook until golden. You can add a little butter at this point for extra crispy golden potatoes. Lastly add the pineapple and gammon until lightly caramelised and then serve with leftover gravy or glaze.
