What To Do
Preheat the oven to 180’c. Grease a deep-sided oven-proof dish.
Separate eggs – placing the whites into a bowl and the yolks into another.
Add the sugar and milk to the egg yolks and mix until combined.
Mix the flour and baking powder together.
Whisk the whites until soft peaks form.
Whisk the dry ingredients (the flour mixture) into the wet ingredients (the egg yolk mixture) until combined.
Fold in the egg whites
Pour into deep-sided oven dish
Top with sliced bananas and blueberries.
Bake for 12-15mins until golden.
Cut into portions and serve with honey and melted almond butter drizzled over the slices or serve portions stacked.
