Crunchy Peanut butter Slaw Crunchy Peanut butter Slaw Serves 4 What You Need 500g (1 bag) tenderstem broccoli, chopped ¼ purple cabbage, shredded 6 medium carrots, grated 1 packet instant noodles, crushed ¼ cup sesame seeds, toasted ¼ cup sliced almonds, toasted 3 tbsp peanut butter 2 tbsp mayo 1 tsp sesame oil 1 tbsp ponzu or soy sauce (I like to use ponzu as its citrus sweetness add great flavour but it’s often not that accessible, in which case simply use soy sauce) 2 limes, juiced Salt and pepper What To Do Combine the sauce ingredients in a large serving bowl and mix well.
